I provide a space where you can feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, heal from past or ongoing stressors, and build tools that support clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
I work with adults facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and difficult life transitions. I also offer specialized support for individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the perinatal period, and have advanced training in perinatal mental health (PMH-C).
Rather than facing difficult emotions in isolation, therapy offers a collaborative, nonjudgmental space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention. Together, we’ll work to uncover insights and strategies that support growth, self-trust, and well-being.
